- March- October For phone consultations, coordinators are available Tuesdays and Thursdays 11-5. However. emails are answered Monday-Friday-12-7
- November- February – Limited office hours. Please schedule a call or meeting with a coordinator. Emails answered daily
- Saturdays- Our office is closed. If you have a party scheduled, check your itinerary for your party host’s’ number.
